Magic Wings offers guests the opportunity to explore a tropical butterfly conservatory while learning about pollinators, ecosystems, and the incredible diversity of insects and amphibians.

Whether you want to schedule a group visit for self-guided tours or are interested in a staff-led tour, we want all visits to be engaging, educational, and memorable for all ages.

If you have a group of 15 or more people, please complete the form below or contact us at groups@magicwings.com with any questions. We request a minimum of ten days lead time for group bookings and school visits.

LATE POLICY for staff-led tours

Our staffing schedules are based on the times our staff-led tours are scheduled. To ensure that our staff receive their scheduled breaks, groups arriving up to 15 minutes late will have their staff-led tour condensed to fit within the remaining 60 minute window.

Groups more than 15 minutes late will no longer be able to participate in the staff-led portion of their visit. However, they are welcome to enjoy a self-guided visit with their group. Our Flight Attendants are stationed throughout the Conservatory and are available to answer questions.

Please note that refunds will not be issued for late arrivals or no shows.
