At Magic Wings, we bring magical moments to life with one-of-a kind event spaces and a dedicated team committed to bringing your vision to life.

With onsite catering, a full bar, and flexible spaces for 20 to 100 guests, your wedding at Magic Wings will be nothing short of magical.

Ceremony Only

  • 2 hours private access to the butterfly conservatory

Whispering Wings

  • Up to 20 guests with your ceremony in the conservatory and reception in the Art Gallery Room
  • 3 hours private access to the property for the ceremony, reception, and photos
  • Includes all standard amenities
  • Complimentary champage toast during the reception
  • Appetizers- (cost of food not included)
  • Photography by Magic Wings event photographer

Painted Wings 

  • Up to 100 guests with your ceremony in the conservatory and reception in the Atrium

Standard Amenities

  • Two get ready spaces for the couple and their wedding parties

  • Up to three wedding planning meetings with wedding coordinator

  • Butterfly placement for wedding photos
  • Ceremony music and sound system in the conservatory
  • Complimentary coffee, tea and water station

All wedding packages includes admission into the conservatory for wedding party and guests. The conservatory seats up to 100 people. You may use our Justice of the Peace or your own officiant.

Magic Wings provides a photographer or you may use your own. Our on-site photographer will take photos prior to, during, and immediately following the ceremony. Rates are available for a longer stay by the photographer.

Magic Wings must provide your catering and beverage service.

Getting married between the months of August and October?
Please inquire about releasing butterflies at your outdoor wedding.
 
 
 We have two ceremony locations inside the conservatory.
 All weddings take place after 5pm when we are closed to the public.
All packages require a $200 deposit to secure the date. Deposits are non-refundable. final payment is due two weeks before the event.

 

In the unlikely event that Magic Wings must cancel your event, all deposits will be refunded promptly
or applied to a rescheduled date.
